Our professional service team is factory-trained to provide expert repairs and maintenance. The partnership between Chuck Collins and Pat Crossman brings together unique talents that benefit customers. Chuck specializes in rigging, trucking, board repair, and printing equipment repair. Pat focuses on the particulars of printing equipment repair and assists on the rigging side.

Previous experience includes both being employed and factory trained by Heidelberg. Responsibilities have included all field service activities, installations, and technical, mechanical and electrical support for customers and service staff.

Chuck Collins has been involved in the Repair/Installation/Rigging of Printing Equipment for over 20 years. His hobbies and interests include faith, family, and having fun outdoors.

Pat Crossman has been a Service Technician, specializing on Heidelberg machinery, for over 20 years. His hobbies and interests are family, computers/gaming, and hunting and fishing.

Courtney Horst & Christine performs all the office work and help with the scheduling and looks forward to receiving your call!
